In 2019, a total of 3 sessions of leadership and motivation workshops were conducted, both in school and at a prefects camp, for Form 2 – 5 school prefects at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Hartamas.
There were various activities and games including role play, customized to meet the learning needs, to create self-awareness and to ensure concepts and learnings were easily applied day-to-day and understood by the students.
Students developed the relevant skills required for their role such as to be active listeners, decision makers, critical thinkers, confident, compassionate, communicators, empathetic and team players.
