inspiraComm Sdn Bhd is a social enterprise of over 8 years and is a certified Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC) training provider.  The company offers trainings in The S in ESG and Unleashing Growth Potential to Multiply Successes for employees.

Recognised as Social Enterprise Basic by Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (MEDC).  This is in line with Malaysia’s Social Enterprise Blueprint 2023 and Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4) to tackle the rise in youth unemployment and decline in young people’s quality of life.

Its co-founders, Nurlina Hussin and Rashid Mat have a combined working experience of over 50 years in the corporate world and have found their purpose and passion in conducting specially designed interactive trainings and educational programmes to help individuals, especially young people, to unleash their growth potential for capacity building.  Both co-founders were appointed as Council of Expert Members for Government-Industry TVET Coordination Body (GITC).

Our programmes are engaging, interactive and creates long-term social impact. As experienced trainers, we are dedicated to instil and embrace Growth Mindset skills to create self-awareness and self-mastery by broadening and deepening the skill sets of individuals including young people who face lack of clarity, confidence and life direction to  make decisive actions to not only find their life purpose but to multiply their successes in business, career, education and life through various education and training programmes. 

We create a safe space for them to conquer their fears to achieve fullest potential to be Changemakers, Growth Mindset Communicators, Confident Leaders and Independent Lifelong Learners.

Investing in young people, through training, jobs and skills, helps develop human capital and is the key to breaking the inherited poverty cycle and low-skilled workforce by conducting various education and economic empowerment programmes to help empower communities to improve community livelihood.

Supported by Yayasan Hasanah, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance, our training programmes including Program Anjakan Minda, will be shared in an Impact Measurement Report (IMR) to measure social impact for you to track how our programme has helped build character, resilience and change the mindset and behaviour of young people.
